Angelina’s Ristorante will host their annual Truffle Wine Dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 11 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Savory flavors will be presented in a decadent five-course dinner along with a welcoming reception prepared by Executive Chef Ryan Fredstrom. Each course, including dessert, will feature either White Alba Truffles or Black Winter Truffles sourced directly from Piemonte, Italy. The tasting is designed to pair these rare, seasonal delicacies with wines from Angelina’s 30-foot wine tower chosen by Dinah Leach, in-house Wine Director and Sommelier. In addition, Marcello Palazzi of Winebow Group will make a special guest appearance. Tickets for the exclusive tasting are available now and cost $199 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
