Celebrate National Yoga Month this September at The Spa at Naples Grande Beach Resort with free yoga classes for all. The resort will be hosting a complimentary sunrise and sunset yoga class open to looking for a little extra Zen this month.   Feel the warmth from rays of the afternoon sun during sunset yoga on Saturday, Sept. 21^st at 5 p.m. This class will tone and stretch the muscles through a fusion of vinyasa movements and static asanas. If you’re an early riser, enjoy the morning Gulf breeze during a sunrise yoga class on the beach on Sunday, Sept. 22^nd at 9 a.m. Both classes are open to all levels and will last 50 minutes.   Space is limited, so reserve your spot by calling the spa at Naples Grande Beach Resort at (844) 533-1363.
