Enjoy three courses featuring the tastes and flavors of the late summer harvest. Each course is paired with wines from Banfi, representing the Piedmonte and Tuscany regions of Italy.
Menu
First Course – Summer Panzanella Salad with crusty bread, summer-ripened corn kernels, heirloom cherry tomatoes, peppery arugula, fresh basil & burrata, tossed in a cacio e pepe dressing. Paired with Banfi “L’ardi” Dolceddo D’Acqui DOC, Acqui, Piedmonte.
Second Course – Spicy Tomato-Roasted Fish with Broccolini & Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. Featuring tender, flaky cod fish baked in a spicy lemon-white wine and tomato sauce, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and broccolini. Paired with Banfi “Belnero” Toscana IGT, Montalcino, Tuscany.
Third Course – Coconut Cream Pie with a graham cracker crust, homemade whipped cream and topped with toasted coconut flakes. Paired with Banfi Rosa Regale Sparkline White Asti DCG, Provincia di Asti, Piedmonte.
Tickets are $79 per person and includes gratuity.
