Robert’s Florida Songwriter Showcase celebrates award winning Florida composers.  This month’s last Friday, June 28,^th is the Last Friday of the 2019 Spring Series.  People visit Margood Harbor Theater to hear songwriters who compose and record original Florida music.  June’s “Last Friday of the Month” doors open at 6 and shows from 6:30 to 9 pm.  Songwriters take the stage to share tales and original music ranging in style from Americana and old timey music to heritage blues and southern rock, as well as trop rock and Caribbean jazz.  This June 28^th J.Robert features the national touring “Apocalypse Blues Review” lead singer, Ray Cerbone.  Marco Island celebrity musicians will join in an exciting “song round.”  Also, Marie Nofsinger, will co-host this “Last Friday in June” with her own brand of Florida Outlaw Songs.  The Florida Songwriter Showcase June 28^th Last Friday performers include: Ray Cerbone  – The Apocalypse Blues Review Marie Nofsinger – Outlaw Songster Marco Island Celebrities – Island Merrill, Smudge, Mike MacManus, Charlie Pace “It all starts with a song!” Margood Harbor Park Theater, in beautiful Downtown Goodland, Florida, with its pavilions and playgrounds wrapped around a charming harbor is a perfect backdrop for this live music, and local flavor event.
