The Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club will be hosting its Inaugural Christmas Tree Festival, December 14-16, at the Woman’s Club at 175 Sterling Ave Fort Myers Beach/

This three day event is a fundraiser for participating non-profits in the Fort Myers Beach area.

The Festival includes three days of silent bidding on custom Christmas Trees decorated and donated by area organizations.   All funds raised on for each tree, will go back to their respective group.  The “artists” for this year’s decorated trees are:

            Beach Kids Foundation

            Beach United Methodist Church

            Estero Island Garden Club

            Fort Myers Beach Art Association

            Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce

            Fort Myers Beach Elementary – PTO

            Friends of Lovers Key

            Little League Baseball

            PopeyePalooza

            Turtle Time

 Along with the Christmas Tree silent auction will be a chili contest featuring local chefs and Santa will be on hand Sunday.  This inaugural event will have activities all three days and is open to anyone.
