FRESCO EXCHANGE POP-UP ART EXHIBITION Each year, Fresco Exchange curates a traveling exhibit of original fine art from Latin American muralists. Working with artists making waves of studio practice and street art to enhance artistic opportunities, share methods of cultural expression, and inspire communities with new ways of creative thinking is their passion. These pop-up exhibits, expand the international platform for street artists to showcase their experimental studio work. Together, this collection weaves a story of life in modern Colombia. Fresco Exchange teamed up with Gráfica Mestiza, an alternative creative platform across cities in Latin America, to curate this diverse exhibit that unveils overlapping narratives of native Colombian experiences. Artwork representing indigenous culture is reinvented in striking, modern tones, while imaginary creatures share societal metaphors through their one-of-a-kind creativity. The collection is connected by elements of vibrant nature that make Colombia so uniquely enchanting.
