Barbatella invites you to an extraordinary hands-on Mixology Class on Tuesday September 17th at 6:30pm. This event will focus on classic cocktails and the correct way to make them. Have you ever wondered if the bartender is making your drink the right way? Why does my drink taste different at different places? The following cocktails will be showcased: Old Fashioned Cosmopolitan Mai Tai Whiskey Sour Guests will have the chance under the guidance of Master Mixologist Alex Alfonso to learn basic techniques and how to create the mentioned cocktails. Class participants will be provided a work station and all the necessary tools, liquor, mixers, and garnishes to make the cocktails featured for the class. Furthermore guests will enjoy food from a curated menu of “bar bites” that have been selected to pair with the cocktails.
