Barbatella, a modern Italian spirited restaurant located on Third Street in Olde Naples, will be hosting a Mixology Class on July 23rd at 6:30pm. Guests have the chance under the guidance of Mixology Master Alex Alfonso to learn basic tecnics and how to create the following cocktails: Italian Mojito – with Flor de Cana and Limoncello Espresso Martini – with Stoli Elite Negroni – with Fords Gin and Galliano Di’Sarita – with Amaretto Disaronno and Herradura Ultra Anjeo Tequila Class participants will be provided a work station and all the necessary tools, liquor, mixers, and garnishes to make the cocktails featured for the class.  Furthermore guests will have an opportunity to enjoy food from a curated menu of “bar bites” that have been selected to pair with the cocktails.
