Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is hosting a special Mother’s Day champagne brunch for guests and local residents at its Tanglewood restaurant between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 8. The Champagne Brunch’s menu will feature breakfast favorites with made to order omelets, bacon, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, as well as a charcuterie display and a selection of entrees. Guests can also enjoy gourmet salads, smoked salmon, fresh poached jumbo shrimp, maki and nigiri sushi rolls, and a stir fry and dim sum station holiday meal will also feature a special buffet for children, as well as an assortment of house-made desserts ranging from red velvet cake and a French silk tart to citrus berry shortcake and an ice cream sundae bar. Entry cost is $125 for adults, $45 for children between the ages of five years old and 12 years old, and children ages four years and younger dine free.
