All levels are welcome for this one-hour, vinyasa flow yoga class located at the Gordon River Greenway Park in Naples every Saturday from 9:45 AM to 11 AM. We will meet in the west parking lot, between the Conservancy of Southwest Florida and Naples Zoo, at 9:45 AM, and take a short walk to our yoga location. Suggested donation is $10 at time of class, and half of the donations will go to the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. Be sure to bring a mat, water, and sunscreen! Questions?
