A week ago one of the worst natural disasters in Floridas history happened, Hurricane Ian. Our community was shattered, but not our spirits. The overwhelming help & support from one another has been truly amazing. As an artists & curators in the area we wanted to give back to the community the best way we know how, through music. This Friday we had planned on another SVVISH & Friends showcase in The Secret Garden. As a team we agreed that a night time rave like S&F should be postponed. Instead, we came up with a more appropriate plan called Recover. We have teamed up with LYNQ for a daytime gathering this Sunday to bring everyone together to Heal Through Music. They will be providing a special low cost food & drink menu for this occasion. We will have a donation drop off & pickup for anyone that would like to donate or pickup water, canned goods, baby products, and essentials that families may be in need of. These are extremely tough times but we hope by getting together with family & friends to rejoice with music that brings us together, it will help in some way. This is a no cover, come as you are, children & pet friendly occasion. SVVISH & Friends will be rescheduled to to a later date, but right now what we need is the music we love in a relaxed setting enjoying hot food, cold drinks, and each others company.
