Sanibel Shell Festival

The 83rd Annual Sanibel Shell Festival will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday March 5,6, and 7, 2020 at the Sanibel Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. Hours on March 5 and 6 9-5, March 7 9-4. The Festival features shells, shell art, crafts, and books for sale, judged artistic and scientific exhibits, and live mollusk tanks. Admission is free for the outdoor shell area. The Mermaid Crown by Todd Alan made of gold and platinum and diamonds and other precious stones will be on display. A $5 donation is requested to enter the indoor Shell Show. With a $5 donation, you receive a bag of shells and a half-price ticket to the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum during the show. Free parking.
