The event promotes a pro-active and preventive approach to health and wellness, with an emphasis on providing women in Southwest Florida with the education and resources they need to live physically, emotionally and financially richer lives.

SpelLIFE 2019 – underwritten by A Euphoric Living Foundation, Inc., and èBella magazine – will feature keynote speaker, Loretta LaRoche, international stress management expert and author of eight best-selling books, who has helped pioneer the use of humor as a coping mechanism.

 

In addition to Loretta LaRoche, SpelLIFE 2019 will include four breakout speakers, who will discuss different areas of stress reduction. The speaker line-up includes:

 

Deb Logan, executive director of the Southwest Florida Blue Zones Project, who will address how to take action to live a longer, better and reduce stress;

 

Debbie Reeder, president and founder of Liv Labs, who will demystify the fear and confusion about hemp (CBD);

 

Carrie Sopko, certified Transformational Breath Facilitator, who will teach self-empowerment through transformational breath;

 

Kelly Townsend, owner of Townsend Consulting Group, Inc., who will focus on how to increase productivity while reducing stress; and

 

Denise Flood, a wellness educator, will demonstrate how to change your frequency to change your life.

 

Partial proceeds from the SpelLIFE Women’s Wellness Summit will benefit The Shelter for Abused Women & Children, a state certified domestic violence center serving all of Collier County.
