On Tuesday, October 10th, Chef Vincenzo will be hosting a 4-course wine pairing dinner to spotlight the wines from Famille Perrin, the leading organic wine grower of the Southern Rhône Valley where they occupy the regions best terroirs. Export Director of Famille Perrin, Emmanuel Lemoine, will offer guests background on each of the wines and what has give them a worldwide reputation for excellence for the past 5 generations, including the family’s absolute respect for the soil, a commitment to manual methods and a deep belief that organic viticulture is the only way to express the true essence of the terroir.
On this special evening, you will have the opportunity to experience four wines from the Famille Perrin’s repertoire including the famous Chateau De Beaucastel, known for their award winning red Châteauneuf du Papes. The four-course wine pairing dinner is $150 per person. Event starts at 6:30 pm.
