Agave Southwestern Grill and Tequila Bar will celebrate Mother’s Day with an all-inclusive buffet brunch Sunday, May 12 from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. with an unlimited Bloody Maria/Mary and mimosa bar for $45 per person or buffet only (no alcohol) for $30 per person (plus tax and gratuity). The restaurant will remain open on Mother’s Day until 10 p.m. featuring their contemporary Southwestern menu.
The buffet features dishes being prepared by Executive Chef Juan De LaRosa including unique stations where guests will enjoy omelets, cornbread pancakes and guacamole custom made-to-order we well as hand-carved prime rib; southwestern eggs Benedict with spiced bacon, poached eggs and chipotle hollandaise on a toasted English muffin; chicken enchiladas; grilled salmon with a bacon-potato hash and guava-butter; smoked chicken with mixed wood-grilled vegetables and agave nectar glaze; smoked jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes; sautéed beef tips with a roasted red pepper and jalapeño fundito; and a selection of salads, cured meats, cheese and fruit displays along with assorted breads, desserts and pastries.
