Fakahatchee Strand Preserve is Florida's largest state park and one of the most biologically diverse regions of the Everglades. Only 45 minutes from Naples, it is one of the least known parks in the area. Patrick Higgins, who is the Friends of Fakahatchee vice president, will give an insight into this unique ecosystem, sharing exciting developments and how best to visit this great area. The talk will consist of a narrated PowerPoint presentation.
