Greet the morning with yoga by the pool. Breathe in the fresh air outside on the 4th floor pool deck with a 60-minute instructor-led class of vinyasa flow. Flow yoga is a sequence of postures combined with breathing. Some postures may have longer holds and stretches. Complimentary bottled water and towels will be provided. Bring your yoga mat and accessories. Wear loose-fitting athletic wear or comfortable fitness attire. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, ages 16+. Not suitable for children under age 16. Please arrive at 8:15am, class starts at 8:30am. Social distancing will be observed.
