Staying home doesn’t mean forgoing great wine or great food. Angelina’s Ristorante is taking wine and food tasting online with a virtual wine tasting on Friday, April 24 at 5:30 p.m. Participants can order their tasting package in advance, pick it up curbside and then enjoy it at home.

The tasting will take place via Facebook Live on the restaurant’s Facebook page so guests can savor fine Italian wine selections in the safety and comfort of their home. Guests are also encouraged to invite friends and family to join virtually as well and even continue the conversation after the class.

Hosted by in-house Wine Director and Sommelier, Dinah Leach, the virtual wine tasting will feature three bottles of wine chosen from Angelina’s 30-foot wine tower. The wines include a 2018 Zenato Pinot della Venezie DOC 2018, a San Felice “II Grigio da San Felice” Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva 2014, and a Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso DOC 2018.

In addition to the bottles of wine, the tasting package will include Angelina’s signature antipasti platter for pairing and tasting with each vintage selection. The cost is $75 (plus tax and gratuity) per package. Orders can be placed and picked up starting Wednesday, April 22. Delivery is also available upon request.
