Description
Get your costumes ready. Eco-friendly Halloween happenings are creeping up at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. On Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Conservancy presents the annual “Hoots and Hisses” family fun day featuring live animal shows, face painting, and a Super Science Show with Mr. Glen.
“Fostering connection to nature is truly one of the best ways to spark a love for conservation at early ages, said Dr. Heather Skaza-Acosta, environmental education director at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. “Events like these provide an opportunity for families to spend time together and inspire a love of nature, through fun, hands-on activities.”
