Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is hosting a special easter brunch for guests and local residents at its Tanglewood restaurant on Sunday, April 9 between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The easter brunch will feature a variety of breakfast favorites ranging from made-to-order eggs and omelets to freshly prepared waffles and house-made pastries.
