Description
Sea Salt, located on Third Street in Olde Naples, is continuing its monthly cooking demo with a Peruvian inspired theme on August 17th at noon. Participants will have the chance to watch Chef Josh Zeman preparing a unique 2 course menu and revealing some culinary techniques. On August 17th at noon, the following menu will be showcased:
Ceviche Mixto
pink shrimp | braised octopus | squid | fresh fish
lime | peruvian spices | corn | aji verde
Lomo Saltado
sautéed steak | onions, tomato & peppers
white rice | crispy potato
$65 per person includes the demonstration, lunch, a glass of wine, tax & gratuity.
The 90-minute class begins at 12 Noon.
