1500 South Restaurant and Bar, the restaurant at the 4-Diamond Naples Bay Resort, will be hosting a Thanksgiving Lunch buffet on Thursday, November 28.

Prepared by Chef William Conroy and his team, the Buffet will include a variety of Thanksgiving dishes including:

1) Buttermilk Squash Bisque with Sage Marshmallows and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

2) Cranberry Sauce

3) Pumpkin Raviolis

4) Brioche Sage Sausage Stuffing

5) Cast Iron Corn Bread Pudding

5) Seat Potato with Toasted Marshmallow

6) String Beans & Wild Mushroom with Crispy Vidalia.

A carving station will include Whole Roasted Herb Stuffed Turkey with Giblet Gravy, Glazed Ham and Snapper.  A variety of Thanksgiving inspired desserts will also be available.
