We’ve heard it (or claimed it) before: “everything is better with bacon.” It’s time we let ourselves really test the theory. The inaugural BaconFest Naples commences Friday and continues Saturday, so get on over to the Naples campus of Hodges University for two whole days of piggy goodness. Friday’s VIP chef bacon battle precedes the Saturday outdoor festival complete with live music, local and craft beer, contests, kids’ activities and, of course, bacon-centered samplings. Even you vegetarians will want to stop by just to be amazed by all the things that can be done with bacon.
