HOT DISH: Tulia's Vincenzo Betulia, TV’s Emeril Lagasse Sizzle at Annual AFJ Conference

Two local chefs represented the Gulfshore at the Taste of Florida event.

Big snaps to Naples’ Vincenzo Betulia, chef-owner of Osteria Tulia and Bar Tulia on Fifth Avenue South, as he was the only Southwest Florida chef cooking alongside culinary heavyweights including TV personality Emeril Lagasse at the Taste of Florida, an event part of the annual Association of Food Journalists (AFJ) national conference in St. Petersburg this September. Fellow Neapolitan Fabrizio Aielli also made us proud by hosting the kickoff mixer the day prior at his new Sea Salt St. Pete, as well as a seminar on (surprise, surprise!) sea salt.
