Bottoms Up: Culinary Concepts’ Karma Cocktails

In Southwest Florida, we drink to philanthropy—and there are more swanky cocktail parties and galas here than days to host them. But we bet you’ve never heard of the simplest way to give back: kicking back Culinary Concepts’ Karma Cocktails at the group’s five restaurants. From Chops in Naples to Blue Water Bistro in Estero, each bartender creates his or her own specialty drink and picks a corresponding charity to receive a percentage of its sales—and this year all the organizations are local.
