Individually, Studio Italia Design’s Spider pendant looks more like the prying eye of an alien, but its ability to crawl up walls, across ceilings and drop down from the middle of nowhere and multiply are just superhuman—without the intricate webbing. The globes, available in white, chrome, gold and rose gold finishes, rotate 360 degrees around and 90 degrees up or down. Individual pendants are priced from $1,320 and can be used in 28-globe configurations ($20,000 depending on finish).
