Two couples enjoy New York City for an opulent four-course dinner at Koloman, led by Michelin-pedigreed executive chef Markus Glocker. The tasting menu spans global flavors, such as gougères, kingfish crudo and salmon en croute. Ray Isle, top wine editor for Travel + Leisure and Food & Wine, hosts the dinner alongside Pursued by Bear vintner and actor Kyle MacLachlan, of Twin Peaks fame. This lot includes includes two signed copies of Ray’s new book, The World in a Wineglass.
