Calendar Highlight: Freud's Last Session

The BIG Arts production, opening today, imagines what it would have been like if the psychoanalyst debated with author C.S. Lewis.

BY January 6, 2015

Oh, what we would have given to be a fly on the wall during a conversation between Sigmund Freud and C.S. Lewis. Freud’s Last Session, playing at BIG Arts’ Herb Strauss Theater, does its best to imagine the epic faceoff of brilliant Austrian psychoanalyst vs. brilliant Irish author. See what might have transpired if the two legendary contributors to society had indeed united in Freud’s London home weeks before his death to debate sex, love, the existence of God and the meaning of life.

Runs today through Jan. 17.
