The Look: Coming Up Roses

Craig Hildebrand

The finest of the sport world may be going for the gold this month (and silver and bronze), but it’s rose gold that has taken the fashion world by storm. Starting with watches and jewelry as a refreshing break from yellow gold, the shade that evolved from millennial pink has now taken over almost every element of style. (Some of our more daring fashionistas are even sporting rose gold hair.) To add a rosy Midas touch to the table, we are finding our beloved fashion designers making capsule collections—like this one by Monique Lhuillier—for the home.

From left: Flatware, $50 per five-piece set; butterfly clips, $19.99 per set of three; glass charger, $19.50; dinner plate, $12; heart confetti appetizer plate, $12; Monique Lhuillier Collection, Pottery Barn, Waterside Shops, potterybarn.com.
