Tucked away in North Naples, a 2.5-acre estate is a flawless setting for an idyllic getaway. Imagine you and 11 friends converging here for a long weekend of R&R. Dr. Lisa Gulcher and her team masterfully orchestrate these lavish scenes. The founder of TIME 4 U combines all the amenities you’d expect from an indulgent vacation—accommodations, transportation, spa services, entertainment, personalized attention—and serves them on a silver platter, with wellness at the forefront. Whether it’s healthful activities, like massages and private pickleball lessons, or a yacht day with a DJ, every piece is designed to maximize ‘you-time.’
The Naples transplant drew upon her experience as an oncology nurse and internist when launching her first concierge medical spa in Lake Zurich, Illinois, in 2006. “I was in a job where I was dealing with life and death every day. I held the hands of many people who were [dying]. The number one thing they would say was that they wish they had more time,” she says.
Lisa wanted to create ways for people to delight in moments big and small—first through aesthetics and the idea of taking time for yourself. “If we don’t take care of ourselves, who will?” Lisa says. She ran her Illinois medical spas for 15 years before relocating to Naples and opening TIME 4 U in the Village Shops on Venetian Bay in 2019, starting with the medical spa.
At the sleek, marble-clad locale, services run the aesthetic-medicine gamut, from popular HydraFacials to BOTOX to laser-hair removal to body-shaping treatments, like the wondrous Emsculpt. “We may see only four or five people in a day, [and] our focus is entirely on those people,” she says.
In 2020, Lisa expanded the brand into an all-encompassing experiential concierge for top-notch services, with splendor, ease and wellness at the forefront. (Don’t worry; you can still go straight to the spa for a la carte, A-list treatments.)
With a car service, a yacht charter, and a private jet on the horizon, the team can design tailored itineraries. Book the Lincoln Navigator for a day of shopping in Miami, or ask Lisa to connect you with a bartender and live act so you can host an intimate soiree in the rental home’s slash pine-enclosed lot. The plush property that completes your getaway sets TIME 4 U apart from other local concierges. The main home—a genre-defying structure, featured in the Fall 2021 issue of Gulfshore Life HOME—sleeps 20, with plenty of space to spread out among the industrial-inspired space. Lofty, 25-foot ceilings; walls of windows; raw, exposed materials; and a second-story cinema and catwalk define the urban-cool design. The lot also has a smaller, ranch-style guest house, which was recently redesigned by Chicago-based Project Interiors (behind the Windy City’s whimsical The Underground Cocktail Club) to create a rustic-meets-coastal dreamscape. White-washed brick walls, sliding barn doors, Parachute linens, a wraparound porch and hot tub make guests feel right at home (if your home is fit for Architectural Digest). Both houses are available, but Lisa only rents to one group at a time.
She enlists her aestheticians and works with local chefs, musicians and top sporting instructors to provide onsite fun, so guests don’t have to lift a finger. “We wanted to create a place where families and friends can gather without worrying about a thing,” Lisa says. “Everything that we do is about bringing people together, enjoying the little moments and making memories.”
